All products sold by OKPOS are supplied with a return to base warranty. Therefore if a product is found to be faulty at any time, the customer is able to return the product to OKPOS for repair.
Dead on Arrival - All faulty items reported within 7 days of receiving the unit will be replaced with another unit. The returning unit must not be previously provided to customers. Any units reported as faulty after the 7 days period will be repaired free of charge. Customers will be responsible for own courier charges.
If the fault found is caused by human error(s), all repairs carried out will be chargeable.
All chargable repairs will be given a quotation prior to any work being carried out. If the quotation is rejected, a diagnostic charge may be payable. The return shipping charge will be payable by the sender.
